WHERE ARE WE UNABLE TO SHIP?

SHIPPING POLICIES

 

  • For customers who select STANDARD shipping, your items will not come with a tracking number.

  • For customers who select EXPEDITED shipping, your items will come with a tracking number. It will be emailed to the same address you used to place your order.

 

We ship all items from Canada. Expect longer shipping times when shipping to countries other than Canada and the US.

 

SHIPPING NOTE: We have had issues sending packages without tracking to certain countries and regions, currently The UK, Australia, and Hong Kong. We've restricted shipping options to these areas to those that provide tracking only.

In cases where packages to certain countries are lost, we cannot be liable for the package's value, and we cannot and do not replace packages for free. The cost of shipping a new package is as prohibitive as the price of the materials. If you would like a new package, you must place a new order. If you're dealing with a lost package, we will work with you as best we can, but as we are not a mail carrier, we have no power to intervene or find the package. We highly recommend ordering packages with tracking if you're located in a country to which we've had previous documented issues shipping packages. If your country is noted on this page, get tracking!

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

  • We offer returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis, based on whether the product(s) were mislabeled/mismanaged, damaged, etc. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return based on individual circumstances.
